This action-adventure stealth game has been rated M by ESRB, which stands for mature audience over the age of 17 who understand that there will be blood and gore, intense violence, partial nudity, sexual themes, use of drugs and strong language. Hitman: Absolution is scheduled for a global release on November 20, 2012, on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. The Xbox 360 version of Hitman Absolution was developed by IO Interactive and published by Square Enix. "All the textures will be ramped up twice, the resolution, everything…that’s really just a brute-force approach to making great-looking games, and, in a way, it's much more of a challenge doing it with this current generation."
